Making tomato chips

Today I have my first red tomatoes. So I cut them to about 1/4 inch slices. Put them on a dehydrator trays sprinkle them with kosher salt, basil, oregano, and put them on the dehydrator.

   In about 10 hours. I will have crispy tomato chips that have a wonderful flavor. My children can’t get enough of these.

I think they taste like pizza, My husband says they taste like v8. All I know is that they’re good and organic they’re free from my garden. And all my friends love them and want them.

These make great gifts packing in little cute ‘s bags with ribbons. Great gifts for friends. It is better for the holidays.
